Refund policy

THE FILL CLUB, INC.  (“TF” OR “WE”) REFUND POLICY


Overview

Due to the personal nature of our products, We do not allow any exchanges, refunds, or returns of used, damaged, or otherwise non-returnable products. We reserve the right to determine if a product is in a used, damaged, or otherwise non-returnable condition.  TF will only provide a refund if a product arrived to you defective or damaged, and the refund request is made within THIRTY (30) DAYS of receipt of the original product. We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If there was an error in your order you have THIRTY (30) DAYS from the day you received your purchase to contact TF regarding the order’s error. We have sole discretion to decide whether to accept any request for a return or refund. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund through TF, you must have ordered directly from TF.  You may contact us at order@thefillclub.com  or by calling 1-800-297-8606 for quick and easy refund assistance. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, photographic evidence of the product, and such other reasonable detail as may be required by TF to verify your eligibility for the refund.  Returns or refunds on purchases made at an authorized reseller are not eligible for any refunds or returns directly from TF. You will need to contact the reseller you originally made your purchase with and follow their refund policy guidelines.

Refunds

Once your request for a refund is received, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed on the cost of the TF product, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If after 30 days, you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account statement. Then contact your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at order@thefillclub.com or by calling 1-800-297-8606.
