Shipping policy

The Fill Club, Inc. doing business as The Fill Club (“TF” or “we”)

Overview

TF only ships to a destination within the contiguous United States (and specifically excludes any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and any US territory). We are not able to ship packages internationally at this time. If your shipment does not arrive safely please contact us at order@thefillclub.com

Purpose of Sales and Shipping Restrictions

All sales of products by TF are limited to personal use and to only members living in your household.  Without limiting the foregoing, the sales of the products by TF may not, without the express prior written approval of TF, be made in conjunction with any resale or commercial use.  TF understands that occasionally you may ship products to addresses other than the address provided in your account information, provided, however TF reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that in TF’s sole discretion, appear to not be for use by someone other than members of your household or are placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Local and Domestic Shipping

TF offers standard ground shipping on all orders shipped. Unless your specific Membership Plan has free shipping included, you will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are reimbursement for the costs TF incurs in the processing, handling, packing, shipping, and delivery of your order. TF only ships to a destination within the contiguous United States (and specifically excludes any shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and any US territory). All packages are shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS or any other carrier that TF may choose in its sole discretion from the TF warehouse. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.  A shipping confirmation email will be provided to you with all pertinent tracking information. We aim to fill and ship all orders within TWO (2) full business days of being placed.  If you require an adjustment or have unique delivery requirements, please contact our customer service directly and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.  Please note that in order to ensure faster delivery, your order may consist of multiple packages delivered on different days.

Some circumstances may result in delayed shipping or delivery, such as:

  • Issues related to credit card or payment

  • Higher than expected daily order volumes over and above the fulfillment capacity of our shipping department

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Unexpected delivery issues (can’t find address, undeliverable, etc).

  • While infrequent, certain TF products may go out-of-stock, at which point TF will be sure to contact you for direction on how to best move forward with your order. 

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the site passes to the purchaser upon delivery to TF’s carrier.
